Colonial Addition

Winner of a 2011 ROMA, 2011 Chrysalis and 2010 COTY Award, this formidable 2010 Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase™ home originally lacked a connected kitchen/family space, family dining area and mudroom. Additionally, the family hoped to remodel the kitchen, kid’s bath and laundry room as well as create a home gym and new bedroom for their infant daughter. An extensive, three-story colonial addition was created on a site that lacked accessibility due to extensive formal gardens that surround the home. Solid enjoyed the opportunity to provide the necessary demolition and framing needed for this extraordinary Vujovich Design-Build project.
