We're seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter to join our structural carpentry team. In this role, you'll be responsible for constructing the framework for walls, floors, and roofs according to blueprint specifications. Your work forms the foundation upon which all other elements depend.

You'll need proficiency in reading construction plans, measuring and cutting materials accurately, and safely operating power tools and equipment. The ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards is crucial, as is experience with both traditional and engineered lumber products.

Safety on framing projects requires vigilance and proper training. You'll be expected to utilize fall protection equipment, maintain secure scaffolding, and follow all OSHA guidelines for structural carpentry. Regular safety meetings and ongoing training will be part of your routine, ensuring everyone returns home safely each day.

The ideal candidate is physically strong, mathematically inclined, and capable of working in various weather conditions. You should demonstrate excellent spatial reasoning, the ability to visualize three-dimensional structures from plans, and a commitment to getting things right the first time to avoid costly corrections.
